G. Dean Sawyer is the President of Sawyer Safety Training & Consulting Ltd. in Estevan, Saskatchewan.
In the past few years professional designations were achieved by Dean. They were the Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) designation by the Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professionals. This is a society that is comprised of safety professionals throughout the industry that focuses on the principals of loss control, accident prevention and environmental protection.
The Certified Health and Safety Consultant (CHSC) designation by the Canadian Society of Safety Engineers promotes and recognizes excellence in professional consulting in the area of occupational health and safety. Also specialized training in law, ethics, consulting process and risk communication.
Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation by the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources Saskatchewan recognizes the need for Human Resource professionals to demonstrate the knowledge and ability required by organizations to achieve success in an environment of organized, social and legislative changes.
